Elsewhere their attack at the airport has been checked for the moment, but most probably they ll resume it in order to exploit their gains from the previus battle.
Our Battlegroup there needs to be reinforced to withstand the pressure.
In all the other areas situation is stable.

How capable are the Russians of supplying their souther attack (facing KG D) without a supply road?

Don't forget to roll for captured T-34s!

Maybe some fortifications that would've been placed during the night?

@Glider, i think they have a supply road (the one that it ends up opposite of our KG B)
@Mr Chuck,in order to obtain fortifications, such as mines etc, i think we need pioneers.

Hi to all! Well, it looks like Cargrol returning on 17 Oct works well with my return on 18 Oct to Kabul. Regarding future moves, it seems we should be considering three options. 1. Conduct a counter attack to cut of the salient between KG A and C. Get some Recon Units moving to the north to make contact with the unknown enemy force in that area. 3. Conduct a deep strike to the right, front of KG D to cut the Russain Supply Route that is so close to our controlled area. All of ther units not engaged in these operations should hold on the defense! Anyway, those are just some ideas to think about! Have a good one!

Overall Situation:
Russians have managed to create a Salient at the middle of our line occupying a part of the city.
At the North an unknown force has cut of our Northern supply route and is advancing Westwards, their intentions so far are unknown.
At the South a strong enemy force attacked the airport area with tanks and infantry.Our forces managed to stand their ground destroying a good part of enemy's armour although some ground was lost.
It is assesed that the Russians will continue their attack in order to capture the airfield.
On all the other areas our forces didnt give any inch of ground and managed to cause some casualties to the enemy.
Reinforcement Purchase:
-1 Luftwaffe Coy (KG C)
-1 Light A/T Gun Plt (KG Cargol)
-1 81mm Mortar spotter 4 tubes (KG Cargol)
-1 Howitzer Plt (KG Cargol)
- 1 Point for Captured Russian armour (KG C)

Orders to KGs:
-KG E&D will merge into KG Cargol.
-KG C will counterattack towards the base of the enemy Salient with the objective of cutting off the enemy forces.
-KG B will defend its ground.
-KG A will dispatch the 1st Luftwaffe Coy to KG C and the rest will keep a defensive posture.
-KG F will have its forces ready to counter any enemy attempt coming from th North.It will also dispatch the Kubelswagen to a scouting mission towards North in order to locate enemy forces.

I fear that the Russians will attack the KG B from several directions but we will do our duty Herr Kommandant!

Unfortunatelly we cant reinforce all the areas and we must take action against the enemy salient.
I ve decided not to reinforce KG B as it has some serius AT capability and can withstand an enemy attack.
I have the feeling that the Ruskies,being so close to capture the airport, will keep attacking there.
