Here is your forces update for the end of Day 1.
I will be generating the next reinforcement page and posting it tomorrow evening. Sorry for the delay, had a family emergency. Back on track to get the next day's battles under way.
Thanks for the comments on the maps.

There is no night combat and movement will be restricted a little. I will be getting the reinforcement out tomorrow.
Good to have you back, Ratzki! I hope everything went well!
Here is the German reinforcement selection page for the morning of Dec. 24th. Your side will have until October 17th to give me your selection and movement orders for the morning of Dec. 24th. Movement is down to a crawl during the evening so I will be combining the night and morning into one phase.
Again, if this is completed by both sides before the deadline, then I will be able to start on any maps that are needed and the battle(s) will start earlier as well.

Thanks, it is good to be back.
To all German Cders:
I need ur inputs for this new phace concerning those issues:
1) Which is going to our reinforcements purchace.
2) What moves we are going to make
3)Are we going to reposition or mix some of the existing KGs?
And of course any input of urs is welcome.
Heil Victoria!!
My reccomendations for the reinforcements is either 2 rifle COs or 2 Luftwaffe COs and the howitzer plt
Either

- two inf companies

or

- an inf company, a mixed inf gun platoon and a howitzer platoon (or three howitzer platoons but I don't think we can get that), just to improve our long-range AT capability a bit.
The Inf guns and howitzers are pretty useless against armor at range, they will however be good for beating up clumps of infantry in our flank battles where cover is minimal, if i had a 150mm inf gun or a few 105mm howitzers in my last battle where CW squashed all his inf into one treeline I could have totally wiped out this force.
I know, we are just so desperate for AT that even buying howitzers and hoping for HEAT rounds is starting to sound good :-)
We have to concider which are going to be our priorities for this turn and adjust our purchase and movements.
Also we have to think what the Russies will try to do and counter their movements.
By looking at the map we can see that a salient is created between KG A & KG C.The enemy is gaining ground there and we must concider a counterattack in order to throw him back before he manages to secure this salient and widened it by attacking neighboring units.
Another unpleasant situation is the one that is being developed at the Northern part of the map.
There an unknown force has cut off the extreme North supply route.
Their intentions are unknown but this can developed in a real threat if they swing Southwards and flank our forces that defending the town.
Or even worse if they race towards our rear lines and cut us off completely.
