I am going to have to review them as I have got some uniforms in the wrong place.

RE: 1776 Graphics Test
These units and the new map updates have made this a new game.

RE: 1776 Graphics Test
Still working on the Rebels.  The 3d icon colours used on the original 100C file were confusing.  However further research has identified that Rebels, by necessity,  wore uniforms dyed a variety of colours - pink trousers, purple jackets etc.  Essentially fighting for liberty dressed like they were off to a 70s disco.

In the meantime, using the rather nifty map editor in the EAW upgrade (see the John Tiller website) see the attached maps;

100C and 50C - Now with added enemies of the Crown. Still missing a few icons.

I have tried to match the original 3d icon.  If there are any glaring errors, please let me know.

RE: 1776 Graphics Test
The completed set of 3d icons are available on the JTS website - http://www.johntillersoftware.com/Updates.html

In the upgrades - 1776 extras section.

I may post upgrades (new units/poses etc) but this will be much later on.

Enjoy.

Hats off to ya from one modder to another - great work!

This is one of my favorite game series from JT.

Thanks for doing this - its refreshes the game experience tremendously.

Would love to see a treatment like this on FIW someday...

I was wondering if this particular set of files supersedes the one that was included in the 1776 3D Icon update...

The files on the John Tiller website are the final version.  The files on this posting were pre-cursors to those.
I can send you the masters if you want.  Got carried away with the British and Loyalists, some Rebels lost in the hard drive crash but nothing that can't be recovered from the 100c file.  Send me a private message if you want them.
