Wodin,

When you are ready, look me up. I have a ton of images for WW1
that I found & Chad sent me. I was going to do a graphic update
like the Winter War one, but I shifted to a different game platform.

I was going to do the Osprey faces like I did with RV and AOTR..love their style..if you have weapons\guns\vehicles etc that would be handy.

So you no longer play SB???

I play it a lot. I bought COH and sadly I am not impressed, but it was only
$19.99. Maybe Steel Storm will help that series. It's not AL or ASL to me.

I am working on a mod I started along time ago. Wink

One impression I have is there seems to be a greater occurence of automatic recovery and rally than the other SB games. Is that correct or is it due to a larger number of leaders present? In several games against the AI, I had all the spotted units advancing on my position pinned. But by the next turn, they were all unpinned and once again advancing.

What is the general rule when gas is used? Batman Confused

Does it stay on the map for the whole scenario or is it present for a certain number of turns, and then it dissipates?

Also, if gas lands in a hex occupied by infantry, I read that they will automatically put on their gas masks, if they have one. If they move out of a gas hex, how long do they keep there masks on before removing them or do the masks stay on for the remainder of the scenario?

Thanks

Here is a screen shot of when everything started going to hell in a hand basket:

For fear of publicly naming him, which could very easily cause him to be black-listed world wide, I'll take the 5th! Wink

Just because they offer gas in this game, doesn't mean that they have to use it! [Image: a6a68d42f6gas.gif]

I suppose now I am going to be Assaulted (with a capital A) by his tanks, since I don't have any! :upset

RE: Post Your Gameplay Impressions of FWW
Ed,

Do you think you could comment on how it was determined how many leaders would be needed in a scenario? Since we are dealing with alot more men in a single unit, when compared to a "standard" SB game, I am guessing that you found it necessary to add more leaders than the "normal" amount.

Thanks
