He said he was busy, but that was a while ago. H2HH says it's been 12 days since I did my last turn. It's a bummer, since we're about to finish the game - I think. I offered a cease fire to him last turn, also, since the game looks to be over and unwinnable for him.

Just a reminder gentlemen that,per the club's rules,you can report the game as a total victory if you don't get any turn from your opponent for more than 21 days.
Hopefully,in this case Reaper 28 is just busy and he'll manage to send you the files he owes in the next 9 days.

14 days without a file from Reaper and situation of the game was same as the other players described.
When he lost what appeared to be his last tank he stopped sending turns.In one week i ll claim total victory.
