I got this game, and loved it......at first.

This game deserves and needs a real time (not PBEM) multiplayer option, but afaik the developers have said that it is too complicated to work on atm.

Not worth the purchase in my opinion until they eventually develop a multiplayer solution for it, unless you are a serious WWI naval history buff who enjoys the, from my perspective pointless, small scenarios that compliment the big scenarios.

I shelved it after 4 nights of play, hoping that one day I can get on voice comms with someone while playing one of the bigger scenario's

I've been playing around with the ship builder and scenario editor for S&I.

I have both S&I and SE's Jutland with all the mods and map packs. Both systems are great and have their straights and weaknesses.
