July 1st at Gettysburg. Not as much room for maneuver as in the three day historical battle. The action opens as Buford's vedettes are pushed in by Archer's brigade.

The scenario seems to bog down at the town itself. Superior Union Artillery is devastating. My opponent held the line well.

always a pleasure to play this battle, always interesting
xelida
Tom thinks the scenario is slightly pro union, but as he has more experience than xelida he managed quite easily to win. But in last turns xelida retrieved some initiative to compensate the result.Final result aprox.2200 points

This scenario was both enjoyable and a challenge against a good player

Rebs lost over 12000 infantry and only won due to the high cost of Union cavalry.
