The NVA massed on the border with significant resources looking to engage the Marines in a large battle. Operation Buffalo, the name the Marines gave this fight, would eventually involve significant forces on both sides. This scenario has been modified. The lead elements of the NVA are now fixed for the first two turns. This gives the US company a chance to decide what they are going to do, once they figure out they are surrounded. Also, in this variant, additional units have been added for both sides, another company of infantry for the US player, plus stronger support. And multiple heavy weapons for the NVA. Also, the number of turns has been increased from 27 to 50. Promises to be a real slugfest...
