Alba de Tormes 28 November 1809 - Variant 15 turn scenario that continues until the French infantry arrive. The French cavalry under Kellermann catch up with Del Parque's retreating Spanish army at Alba de Tormes. Two of the Spanish divisions had already crossed the Tormes river, but the remaining three were preparing to make camp in and around Alba de Tormes. Since the Spanish cavalry had failed to give sufficient advance warning of the French approach, Kellermann decided to risk an attack, despite being badly outnumbered and unsupported by the French infantry, which was still some ten miles away.
