It's a really well thought out scenario but I think is probably a bit a pro-axis. Very enjoyable as it can get pretty tense in close games.
With six panthers and a defensive setup, there is an advantage to the German player even if they are outnumbered. Also, 100% of VPs are for holding ground and about 90% are for holding a large area with buildings that would take a long time to clear. If half of VPs were for destroying enemy forces and the ground objectives were smaller so that there was a reasonable chance the Soviet player could clear them, it would improve the play balance. Overall though, a nice map, good mix of forces on both sides and a fun battle.
