I was a bit disappointed in the scenario as the air support was such a dominant factor both sides. It's frustrating to have all your stuff just blow up for no apparent reason. I believe the US also has an artillery observer drone so that's just another finger on the hand of unseen doom. From the Russian side, they also have significant air assets and a lot of artillery (without air control). Coupled to the overwhelming air power, the anti-air assets are spectacularly ineffective. All in all not an experience I'd care to repeat.

Pretty fun. Gradual forces arriving means there is often something going on.

Very interesting scenario, but the russian MBT can be a real challenge.

A tough start for the Russians. The US Javelins are lethal. Russian artillery is slow to arrive and needs line of sight.

Momentum shifted later in the battle though. 'Area' artillery fire worked well.

This is a very good battle with each side having very different capabilities.

This was a very good scenario against an experienced opponent. The US side is underequipped as they only have Strykers in terms of vehicles. They have Javelins, which of course are deadly, but oftentimes the Javelin team does not get a second shot before being wiped out.

The battle would be better if they had a Bradley or tank or two.

The US side has to decide to play either defensively or aggressively. I recommend the latter.
