Campaigns
Once in awhile, I pass the time playing campaigns.  I get a message about not being able to save a battle in the middle.  I end up having to replay entire turns instead of picking up where I left off.  Am I missing something?  If I am not, how much trouble would it be to implement that?  Also, I have not tried a campaign in VN, don't know if it has any, would like to see it there as well.  Also, would be cool to be able to play campaigns HTH and be able to continue campaigns even if you draw or lose.  I think I played a Civil War game that was like that.  It wasn't Tiller's.

Well I can only answer the Vietnam part. Not sure why you can't save a file. The second part about VN campaigns is that there aren't any due to time constraints. Instead they came up with two "Week in..." scenarios that are really good. You play them against the AI and are tasked with a week long search and destroy mission. I play-tested the Mekong one and found it quite challenging. Lotta fun.

I've been following the one in VN.  Haven't tried it yet.  Looks good though.  I was talking EF/WF.  If I save, say, turn 5 and come back, it will start me on turn one again.  I can play from turn 1 to the last turn or turn 1 in the next battle and I'm good.

Also, it would be nice that to continue even if you lose the scenario.  Pop up a strategic map and try another direction or same map and try something different.
