Parachutist in Las Banos scenario in PW.

Long time lurker here. Stumped on enabling American Parachutist in short scenario on freeing prisoners in Los Banos.

1) Parachute icon shows arrival
2) Toggle icon on the ground
3) Icon changes to unit.

But they don’t move after that.
Couldn’t find anything in manual how to fully utilize them.

Can someone walk me through parachutists arrive and parachute icon shows.

Hi Tempest. If I'm not mistaken Parachutes are treated as vehicles.
Have you tried unloading the troops through the Command menu?

Edit: Just found the relevant section on the manual (page 31):
"To land units by parachute, you select the units and then:
- Use the Toggle Ground button to land the units on the ground.
- Use the Unload/Drop button to get them out of the parachutes."

Otherwise you can simply let the parachutes land by themselves and the troops will be ready without the need for unloading.
