Error Reading Scenario File message

Just reinstalled the Gold versions of Smolensk 41, Kharkov 42 and Moscow 42 and am getting this error message when trying to start a new game.  Any help is much appreciated.

Did you confirm that you are running the most up-to-date versions (All games fully updated)?

It sounds like your game engine is out of sync - are you possibly running an old version but using the new install? I have had that problem with existing shortcuts when installing, once or twice.

Also, are you patching a JTS version, or HPS version?

Thanks for the replies gentlemen, its been a while so they probably were the older versions, I have them on an old tower so jut copied these versions, which were updated to gold, over my new installs and things work fine. Looking forward to getting back into these excellent games.
