Scheldt 44 Albert Canal Scenario?
In the Albert Canal scenario #0907_02_Albert Canal all the victory levels are set at 0.  The version that is meant for AI play does have different victory level points.

Hey Al, 

This is an oversight. The victory levels should be the same in both variants of the scenarios. We will  get this fixed.
