is there any way of getting 126th Mixed Bde off of Shima-Jima?? It is badly needed somewhere else.

Yes, but it takes a lot of time, 1/3 of the Olympic scenario or longer.

You would need to construct 3 pontoon bridges across full water hexes to the non-water hexes 1 hex away either from the north-east (the first from Nishiko to the unnamed village south-west of it, the second from Yanagi to the island with the 3 Clear hexes and then from the island with the 3 Clear hexes to the Clear hex next to Inado) or the south-east (the first from Kuronohama to Sedo, the second from the brush hex north of Kuranomota to the island with the vineyards, and the third from the island with the vineyards to Onoura).
