The one you saw may have been 7 Years War counter mod I posted about it here but the post subsequently vanished and it ended up at the end of the scenerio listings of the 7 Years War game without a title.
Not quite sure why this happened but never mind. I am currently working on an improved version for Republican Bayonets On The Rhine. These are in the style of those of for REN for the REN II project some years ago.
