Question about Static Divisions at Normandy

I've been trying to confirm if the structure of static divisions, or rather that of the german 709th, 711th and 716th divisions did not have a heavy weapons company, but rather just a 4th rifle company instead in each battalion.


Does anyone have any insight on this?
