I had to look back at the pairings to see what you meant. Interesting luck there.

RE: Scenario of the Month: February 2018 - pairings
Both scenarios this month were lopsided and not H2H balanced [in my humble losing opinion], but if you were on the other side you might not see it that way. You may just think you are the second coming of Rommel, Zhukov or Patton and you may be.

I wonder, if a mirrored SOM format might be the better way to evaluate these scenarios as to there H2H playability. It would give you the perspective from both sides to better determine if it is H2H balanced. It also may make it more fun if you find yourself with a scenario that is lopsided and it would eliminate the roll of die for sides.

Any thoughts or does everyone really like single game luck of the draw format?

or maybe (Raz/Ian) just give the players to option to play them mirrored as you do to play them as non-ladder if both players agree. Pts to only be awarded once for the scenario tested not twice if played mirrored. That is an idea, thoughts?

I am not against people playing a mirror match. I personally feel that is not the way to go. Playing mirror beaks the fog of war for the scenario. To me that is important.

Breaking the fog of war means you make different decisions and then we don't really get a fair assesment of how the scenario plays.
