I run a retro Play by Email multi-player game called TribeNet. TribeNet is an epic build strategy campaign game with historical sensitivity, both a wargaming and diplomatic element. It is a multi player game playing as if on a giant board/map.
The game has been running via email since 1997 and as a PBM before that, dating back to 1988. A new part of the TribeNet world has been opened up for inexperienced/new players and I am looking for two or three people to take positions.
The game enables the player to think in terms of both short term and immediate needs and long-term strategies - no instant fixes here! A number of the present playing group are war-game players.
The game enables people to forge friendships and connections with like-minded folk from all over the world.
