Revisions - Counterstrike at Cobra Breakout

Gentlemen,

I made some revisions to the scenario Counterstrike at Cobra Breakout and they have
been placed in the scenario database. Some changes were made to improve balance.

Jason Pethro was very helpful in getting the zipfiles replaced.
Maybe you and your favorite opponent would like to try this one.

Hey, I was just hopping on The Blitz to look for a game! I'm game, anyone out there wanna give this a shot? I figure I might as well start a new game and test one that needs it all at once.
