Opponent Wanted
Looking for one opponent for WW2, i´m thinking in Meeting Engagement, big map with medium size forces, everything else can be negotiated, preference for historical ww2 opponents

RE: Opponent Wanted
I am currently occupied only by campaign, so I could take it. Did not do SPWW2 PBEM for ages (actually, last one was this bloody Italian). Yet, what gaming rate may interest you? My November will be helluva problematic and my speed may slow down for that month.
I could take meeting, also did not do it for long time... and I am up for historicism, that is what I demand. Again, my only rules are listed at Shrapnel Games. Great most of these are in use in the campaign, so you are familiar.
I would lovely try to stop you with Finland this time. But if you wish your opponent used more "meeting" friendly force, then I can take whatever you enjoy.

RE: Opponent Wanted
I´m in the same situation as you, my last WW2 game was the Soviet vs Italians, and my last game for the ladder also.
This time i was thinking in something more even and more heavy, like Soviet vs Germany mid-late/42, long barreled Pz4 against T34, everybody can kill everybody at long range, i don´t think the Finns have the "gear" to stop soviet armor, but it´s your decision
We can use a medium size force to avoid very long and time consuming turns, turn rate is not a problem, and the campaign continues to be the 1st priority
I´m going to email you with my proposition so we can discuss details (problably tomorrow)
