Fellow Blitzer's

For the life of me I can't seem to find where it says or gives a table of number of forum posts=rank indicated.Confused

I've seen it before but I must have a senior moment 'cause I can't seem to find the list.

RE: Forum Ranks
Your army ranking depends on the amount of points you have accumulated through game results and bonus points awarded for playesting scenarios/AAR`s etc .

It has never been for posts made as that would be open to manipulation.

Hey John: Smoke7

Members may also "manually" change their Usertitle. Smile

Here's how:

Click on Control Panel (Blitzkrieg Wargaming Club banner - upper right corner) > My options > Change Usertitle > (Enter new Usertitle) > Update Usertitle.

Reminder - keep it "clean" and "Super Moderator" titles are already taken! Wink

RE: Forum Ranks
I believe ItB refers to his rank as a forums Captain, below his name. The one that can be changed as Mr KK described. Even then, the insignia remains.

RE: Forum Ranks
Yes Battle Kat that is correct. I got to be a forums Captain by 453 posts. I'm looking for the table on that breakdown.

cheers

Gents: Smoke7

I see what you mean now! Smile

Toni was referencing the national armies that members may select and are displayed in their player profiles. There is a table of ranks and the corresponding points needed to achieve different ranks in your selected army. These points are accumulated by game results, developing and testing H2H scenarios, writing book reviews, etc.

However, the ranks that are displayed under a player's username are accumulated by the number of written posts by the player!

I don't believe there is a visible ranks-to-number of posts table. I crawled around in the bowels of our Venus CMS system... but could not locate a table. I'm sure it is there... somewhere... but I don't want to monkey around with Blitz Website settings! Shocked

I sent a :pm: to Raz and see if he can shed some light on this subject.

RE: Forum Ranks
I don't think there is a public page listing the forum ranks, but nonetheless here's how it looks in the admin:
