H2H folder is saved at desktop.
c/users/d/desktop/H2H helper....
I thought also posting it at BFC forums but seeing that the conversation is 3 months old without a reply i m not sure is going to help.
I ve also send a mail to GaJ and posted at his CM Mod site.
