That looks like the initial start of Kimpo Airfield!! I'm playing that one now with SirKillalot in the second half of a mirror match.

The bases look good a step in the right direction. Its kind of disproportionate though, (in that covering the whole base), to the size of the American flag on the USA units which doesn't cover the base but maybe that can't be fixed.
