RE: Market Garden Campaign
I'm gone first week of Aug, but seems like you should have 4 man teams.

Allies
Brit and Pol AB
82 AB
101 AB
XXX Corps

And XXX Corps would most likely be dropping units off along the way to help the AB hold the corridor.

Axis would just be the four sectors with troops being moved about as they see fit.

Of course I am guessing without actually looking at the scenario. I would like to do one of these some day. Can't do this one, even though MG is one of my favorite areas because I can't hold anybody up as even though my brother has a puter, I can't guarantee I could keep in touch while there. Supposed to be pretty busy from my understanding. Disney, casino in Tampa. I'm looking forward to the new restaurant in Titusville with the all you can eat shrimp for 15 bucks. Last time we were down there, the best we could find was for 35 bucks for one person. That's great if you are Kobeyashi or Joey Chestnut (competitive eaters for you sheltered people :))

I do hope that we will get updates to follow the battle.
I just went ahead and looked at the scenario. I always think the whole thing when I think about MG like in PzC series. It could still be done, it would just be larger. That would be something.

"There are three sectors one for each airborne division......historically the CIC commanded XXX corps and as they went thru each sector the division in them was shifted over to it's command......we will be doing it a bit differently as the CIC will designate if any XXX Corps assets will remain in a sector and they will then go under command of the sector commander....the rest will just keep moving thru(provided the enemy doesn't interfere)"

The version I am playing while pretty well written in terms of map and OOB is way out of whack as to supply, objectives, and victory levels......that's why I figured It would make a good campaign...will play a lot differently when the Allies have to find ways to get supplies to the front and the airborne divisions.

As to reports that will be up to the players as I have to remain neutral and not give anything away.

RE: Market Garden Campaign
The German command structure is set and I will start writing the scenarios while the Allies devise the master plan :-)

RE: Market Garden Campaign
The Allies have all gotten the map finally. I had to resend it to Wolfman. We are still determing who will command each division. It does look like I will be the Allied CinC. How much say do we have in determining where are units are initially deployed?

RE: Market Garden Campaign
Generals,
All the commands are set and I have sent the map and OOB files to all players. If you did not get them let me know. The planning should be in full operation now :-)

The planning stages are now under way and soon the sky will vibrate with the sounds of aircraft.
