NVA/VC recommended morale
I saw an article once that gave the recommended NVA/VC morale.
Anyone remember? Personal recommendations?
I'm thinking it said nothing lower than a B for them.

Thanks.

I think it's the Grunt School liner notes included with Korean War.

Found it!
It's on the old TFE4 site under "Tips and Trouble".

RE: NVA/VC recommended morale
I dont have much info on Vietnam War but SAW design showed that guerilla forces need more attention for deciding unit quality. For instance mujahideen that operate near cities had very limited time and opportunity for weapons training so their heavy weapons -especially RPG- accuracy is low. General morale rules can be applied to NVA easily but VC must be a different ballgame.
