Agony in the Huertgen Forest ..?

Guys,

Just started reading a book about battle for Huertgen Forest, and was looking for the monster scenario - Agony in the Huertgen Forest.
I used to have it - two computers ago.
Although it is listed in WF Scenario Database pages, it says its "non-existent" when you go to download page.
Does anybody know why this is?
And can somebody who has it please drop me copy - if that is OK with the original designer?

It's Gerald Astor's "The Bloody Forest: Battle for the Hurtgen: September 1944-January 1945" - Presidio Press, 2000 -

Am flying through it. Bloody good read.

The scenario plays well, but is a bit of sod, however, and could do with some re-vamping.

Reinforcement arrivals tend to overcrowd bottom of map. I extended the map by 10 hexes to enable me to sought them out.
