New urban hexagon proposition

New urban hexagon proposition
I've been thinking (about the MC) and the boys of HPS should include a new kind of urban hexagon that would be something like "old urban" or "old town" or something like that.

It would represent the old (generaly medieval) parts of the european cities where you simply can't place tanks there because the streets are too narrow (anyone that has been in the center of any european city with a medieval city centre knows what i'm talking about).
The effects would be that it would be impassable for tanks or heavy vehicles but not for infantry or small reconnaissance units like APCs or so. (Unless of course you turn them into rubble)

What do you think? i think that it would be a realistic improvement.

I like the idea but have one question. Game scale? How many cities will have an entire hex filled with it and no modern roads to bypass it within the hex.

The MC, PzC (although i think that maybe in PzC only the heavy tanks would be affected by this, not the medium ones) game scale that it is... 1 hexagon = 1 square kilometer i think.

It would affect just the historical center of the cities (which depeneds on each city)
