Looking for the best sea battle game...
I'm interested in sea warfare and would like to try the best game out there - which would you say is best? I like emphasis on strategy & tactics.

Hi Kelvin,

glad you ask.

HPS Jutland is a very challenging game, but for MP online sea battles only, as it´s tactical real time naval warfare. The graphics have been improved by members of the Naval Campaign Club, but definetely need a modern design. But as you might know already, you can always rely on improvements by HPS.

SES Jutland is the most recently publication of Storm Eagle Studios,
the graphics are magnificent !! It´s a real time game for MP online gaming, very good, but needs some additional features concerning tactics. You can download a playable demo.

Supremacy at Sea has to be checked.

In case you prefer gaming on an operational level, Uncommon Valour and War in the Pacific are outstanding games.

Cheers, Klaus

OK thanks! I'm looking at the SES Jutland demo, although I'm still kind of stuck on WWII era.

Hi Kelvin,

it depends on your preferences, tactical or operational level warfare ?
