Smedley's Deadly Dozen H2H Approved Mirror Tourney

RE: Smedley's Deadly Dozen H2H Approved Mirror Tourney
"A Deadly Meet" is only 12 turns. Two games at once is hardly a problem and I can't see many games going beyond a month.

When we get to the 20+ turn games, things might slow down.

The games should be played at the same time.

Sgt. Rice has withdrawn from the tourney. That opens the door to Flithy Missle! Since we just started, Flithy should play tiger 88 in the first round.

I hope Tiger 88 doesn't mind starting over.

It was suggested to play them simultaneously, to speed up things. I don't think that is mandatory.

I've sent my turn off to mojo26. Good gaming everyone on the battlefield.

Apologies for delay on my part. If you missed the post in main forums I have been unavailable for play the last 2 weeks or so. I should be fit to resume (albeit a bit slowly) over the weekend.

Thanks for your patience.

I am all caught up with outstanding opponents, feeling better, and have dl'd the scenario. I will be turning my attention your way within the next 24 hours or so--possibly sooner.

Again...apologies for the delay and thanks for your patience.

Cheers

mwest has dropped out due to real life stuff. That puts John Given in line to join the fray.

Since Mike has completed the first round, John would take over his point total and begin playing in round two.

John, I will email the details to you.

To make sure I understand the reporting and scoring of these games, please consider the following:

One reports the game results on the Blitz.

If the score is 24 to 6, then one player gets 24 tournament points and the other gets 6 tournament points?

Once posted, the results are emailed to you?

If one posts an AAR, then 2 points are awarded for the effort. The winning AAR (by tournament player vote) is awarded 5 points?

Where does one post the AAR?

Thank you TD.

That is correct on all points.

There is a place to post AARs on the Blitz forums.

Just click the link right here:

https://www.theblitz.club/message_boards...php?fid=72

You'll need to start a new thread that names your AAR? ;)
