RE: AAR Jutland
HPS Jutland covers the famous seabattle of WWI, but other minor engagements of WW I too. The included editor allows construction of additional scenarios.
The battlefleets consist of BB ( Dreadnoughts ) B (Pre-dreadn. battleships, BC ( Battlecruisers ), CA ( Heavy Cruisers ),
CL ( Light Crusiers ), D ( Destroyers ), TB ( Torpedoboats ).
The bigger ships are equipped with primary art. ( 11 - 15 inches )
and secondary art., and Torpedos the smaller vessels like CL, D, TB´s
have smaller primary guns, but can fire torpedos, deploy mines or lay smoke. Under player command are:
- increase / decrease speed
- change direction
- lay smoke
- fire torpedos
- select target for prim. weapons
- deploy mines
- formation
etc..
Online MP games with parties of up to 8 participants have been played already.
