Scenario Database Rating
Hello everyboby, can someone enlightin me as to what or how exactly the figure/number under the Rating column is arrived at.
Browsing thro some game scenarios I noticed only one with a minus, was wondering if this was a misprint.
Thanks in advance as no doubt someone will know the answer.

RE: Scenario Database Rating
When you open a scenario in the dBase you'll see in the upper left corner a box with 5 stars in it. You simply click on the numbers of stars to rate a scenario (assuming you've played it of course) and the rating number is an average of the number of stars players have given it. You shouldn't be able to get a negative number, it should be between 1 and 5, so if you know one that shows negative I'd love to know which one so we can figure out what went wrong with it.

Minsk 0623 02: The Battle for Byelorussia-[HTH] Alt.

VonNev and myself finished this one last week, best game I've played sofar since I joined the Blitz. I went to have a peek at the result and was surprised to see the Rating at -2.50.

RE: Scenario Database Rating
Paul, I noticed one with a -1 this weekend also - the summary scores are still, and always have been screwy for whatever reason.

As an example, I just went into Minsk, sorted by rating, and went to page 2. The lowest score showing, before scenarios without a rating, is 0623_02: The Battle for Byelorussia - [HTH]_Alt which as of the time of my post is showing me a -2.50. And yet it is showing only 2 ratings given, both 5s and only 2 play throughs. So it should be a 5 but at least right now it is negative which should not be possible as you say. One thing I have never determined is if this error is permanent until another rating is made, or if I check in an hour maybe it will be correct and others are off? A good test with this one I think, I will check when I get to work.

RE: Scenario Database Rating
I have corrected the rating for that scenario in the DB.
