A new way to set arty limits

Thanks for the test. I am hoping to run a test myself, but I think, IMO, that 4:1 is too high and 2:1 would be better. Did you find you had too much arty, not enough etc. What did your opponent think?

8F limits onboard gun sizes and actual tube sizes too.
