Noob looking for training game.

I've just been lucky enough to lay my hands on a copy of Eagles Strike, i have played my way through the tutorial and fancy taking on a real player.

I'm looking for just a single game to show me the ropes while i read my way through the manual and find my feet with the game system. I can manage at least 3 turns a week, usually more if i dont have lots of other games on the go. :whis:
