TheBlitz page problem

From some time I have problem to open main page. Only this is what I see:
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/www/theblitz/includes/page_top_nav.inc on line 19"

The same thing happen when I try to open Member Page.
But forum works normally.
Is there some changes in progress or something wrong with My PC?

I have fixed all the errors now and got the images to display properly thanks to raz :)
be sure to refresh the page next time you visit and let me know if you still have an error
