What exactly is the problem ?? I just tested and it downloads fine.

Probably the problem was because of simultaneous downloading two files.
It is possible only on one at once.

I've run into the same problem from time to time on TFE4. Patience is a virtue!

The other post is more important for you, however. AAW runs with PacWar, not Tour of Duty.
