...and to answer the question on the Bridge Blowing Wired Parameter - Large Bridges are FULL WATER Hex Bridges
Small Bridges are hexside Bridges
You may want to be aware that this featrue was designed for Market Garden 44 where we wanted Bridges to be blown in the face of the advanicing units - but we used a different parameter to keep the Nijmegan Bridges fom blowing - because without that bridge it is game over fo the 1st AB at Arnhem.
NOT ALL Bridges in France 40 are wired - just enough to keep you guessing. And yes, I could tell you how to look and foind those that definately WON'T Blow (are NOT Wired), but that takes away from the fun of the game as the attacker generally would not know this info. ANd in France '40 there are generally too many to try and keep track of.
Suffice to say it was a piece of work to just WIRE all the bridges in the first place.
