0% Arrivals in B45 ?

Just started the Konrad campaign, just completed the first day . The Germans are doing well .

After discussing a few issues with Brammer I just looked at the scn .

One thing I noticed is there are a LOT of reinforcements with arrival 0% , is that correct and what does that mean ... hope its not a problem ?

I had Glenns patch which i assume was not about this

Yes - this is correct - this was a feature added for MG44 for group arrivals. It is in the documentation somewhere - I can find it later if you like.
