CS vs Vista

It appears not to work - however, not in a way you would expect. Armour ranges are all 0.

I concur, no armor can shoot at other armor, the range has been changed to ZERO

David Heath said that they had a Vista loaded machine with which to test the game against.

Do the units move? Shooting range is in the weapon.pdx and there is also the movement.pdx controls movement. Maybe Vista conflicts with the encryption.

From a cursory glance other stuff seems to work, except armour ranges. Also, the armour range finder shows the range to be zero (as well as failing to allow you to fire at a target). My first guess would be that the data in the weapon.pdx relies on some byte boundary issue that fails in a 64bit environment. There may well be a simple fix to that file which will fix the issue. Does anyone have a a modified weapon.pdx that they can send me and I will throw it in and test it?
