Yep go into Travel Mode and make an assault...

And now you know why playing this series sometimes makes you sweat ;-)

What if it is an engineer built and maintainerd bridge?
If you drive off the engineer, does the bridge disappear?

If it is an engineered bridge and not a map bridge the answer is yes. It is possible to assault successfully across an enemy engineer bridge. The assault breaks the engineers and your left with a unit in Travel mode, isolated on the wrong side of a river.

Sounds like a great way to deliver POW's to the enemy.

If you wait till its patched they will not be isolated if they used one of your engineers to cross.
