RE: EFII Problems Need some help
When you did the fresh install, did you manually delete all TalonSoft files and folders? Some old files/folders remain when you delete from the control panel and this can screw up the new install.
Also, as Warhorse mentions above, it coud be a problem with how you start the game. I have five versions of EF on my PC, they all work, but only by double clicking on the exe.
Don't give up...we'll get it yet...
