Question for Glenn re:- Minsk OOB

As far as I can tell the HQ of the First Baltic Front does'nt appear on the map initially or as a reinforcement -

1) Is that deliberate? - or
2) Have I missed it somewhere? - TMB?

I suspect that not every unit in the OOB is on the map in every Campaign Game. When it comes to HQs they are vital in any Scn for a command check only so that every combat unit has the HQ on the map that it is directly sub-ordinate too.

This HQ is well north off the map but if the scn really needed it I would have placed it on the map on the north edge. So, if not having this HQ in this scn - or not having any particular HQ in any scn causes a problem, then send me the file so I can look at this situation. But I don't think this situation creates and issues Chris.
