c_Question Mark  New Command rules re: arty support
As I understand it, units outside their HQ's command range can't call in supporting artillery fire (or air support). That's fine, but leads to some questions.

Can a unit that is isolated, or that merely can't trace a "supply-type" line to the HQ still call in support? If they were radio equipped, then this would make sense.

But what about the many, many units that had to rely upon field phones? Shouldn't they be cut off, even if they're in command range?

How are partisans handled under the new artillery rule? They usually designated targets for air attack.
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.
