Our apologies for the inconvenience with regards to the recent problems with the patch for WinSPWW2.
It seems the original and correct patch version somehow got corrupted. During the process of solving that problem, an earlier playtesters version of the patch was used instead of the most recent one. That meant a few last minute revisions (like the ATR tweak) were absent from the patch that was available for download the last few days.
The correct and most recent version of the patch is now available here:

You can install this over the old patch (1.1) or over the regular game (1.0). In order to make it easier for people to distinguish between the two patch versions, the correct one is named version 1.1B.
WARNING!
Version 1.1B does contain changes to OB's and differs from 1.1 in that regard. If you have started a (secure) PBEM with version 1.1 changing to 1.1B can cause that game to 'crash'. It is advised to finish the game in 1.1 and create a second installment of the game and upgrade that one to 1.1B.
