You need at least version 8.2 of SPWAW to run this game. it installs with Modswapper, which is in the SPWAW Main folder.

H2H also requires SPWAW. it is an overwrite mod, in other words, you copy necessary files from SPWAW then create another installation for H2H

Just to make clear, WinSPMBT and WinSPWW2 are closely related games which use the same game engine and routines. They work the same way and are to some degree interchangable (maps for example can be transferred from one game to the other).
If you're already familiar with WinSPMBT, then WinSPWW2 will be easy to master.

You might want to try out the different games and see which one you like best. Or play them all....
