I think there's a 10% or so Mud chance and with the latest patch the weather file is read at the start of a scenario, regardless of when the scenario starts.

It appears that Ashcloud has dropped out of the tournament.

Anyone out there want to join the tournament for the last two rounds? While the new entrant can't win the tournament, the new entrant will be eligible for the draw for a free game (and have a chance to meet new players)
