Fatigue and rest

Same version, from Steam.  I also have the addon p. ks too, maybe they changed it in one Constrddons?  Here a screens of CONST and ENG, construction doesn't seem to do anything.

You need to have the Constr in the red and the rest white  Select the none first and then click Constr
