If you're using the E-mail button in the thread, that might be it. Either try the same address directly from your mail-program, or alternatively send me a PM with your mail, and I'll see if I can get through from my end.
The address is used for 3 other games, so it should be working.....
Unless of course Microsoft has managed to SNAFU themselves yet again.
