It just backs up the fact that you guys are doing your homework and are developing and releasing games that are very popular and highly desired by your target market.

I believe that if you never make a mistake you are either not human or not actually doing anything, the important thing is once the odd mistake is found the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. :)
